TERMS OF SERVICE
By using this website and placing an order with HIRA, you agree to these terms.
Products
- All HIRA pieces are handmade. Small variations in color, texture and stitching are part of each piece's character and are not considered defects.
- Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without notice.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud. If paid, you will receive a full refund.
Custom orders
- Custom pieces are made based on the design, references and measurements you provide. Please make sure your measurements are accurate.
- Production starts after you confirm the final design. Once production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Production time for custom orders is agreed with you before confirmation.
Design sessions
- Design sessions are booked through our website and held via WhatsApp chat. Please be available at your booked time or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
Intellectual property
- All designs, photos and content on this website belong to HIRA and may not be copied or used without permission.
Returns
- Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
