Domestic shipping (Egypt)

- Ready-made items are prepared within 1–3 business days.

- Delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

International shipping

- We ship worldwide.

- Delivery takes 10–20 business days after shipping, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

- Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping fee.

Custom-made items

- Custom pieces ship after production is complete, according to the timeline agreed with you, then follow the delivery times above.

General

- Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.

- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details when available.

- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect details.
